This Privacy Policy describes how Lars Grof ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in the "Grab & Go" mobile application (the "App").
1. No Collection of Personal Data
Exception: Anonymized crash reports (if user opts in)
We are committed to user privacy. The Grab & Go app generally does not collect any personal data from its users.
This means:
- We do not ask for, collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, location, phone number, or any other information that could identify you).
- The app does not require a login or account creation.
- We do not use analytics tools, tracking technologies, or cookies within the app to gather information about your usage or behavior for marketing or profiling purposes.
- No data, personal or otherwise, is transmitted from your device to our servers or any third-party servers for our own operational or marketing purposes.
Exception: Xcode/App Store Connect Crash Reports (if user opts in)
When using an iOS device, users have the option to share diagnostic and usage information with Apple and app developers. If you, as a user, have explicitly opted in to "Share with App Developers" in your device's Privacy & Security settings, Apple may automatically provide us with anonymized crash reports.
These crash reports are generated by Apple's systems (e.g., Xcode crash reports, App Store Connect crash reports) and contain technical information about app crashes. This information typically includes:
- Details about how the app terminated (e.g., backtrace of threads, memory usage at the time of crash).
- Device model and operating system version.
- The app version.
This data is anonymized by Apple before it reaches us and cannot be used to personally identify you. We use these crash reports solely for the purpose of identifying and fixing bugs, improving the app's stability, and enhancing the overall user experience. We do not attempt to re-identify individual users from this data.
2. No Storage of User Data
Excluding: Anonymized crash reports
Aside from the anonymized crash reports mentioned above (which are processed by Apple and then made available to us without personal identifiers), no other user data is stored by us, on our servers, or by any third parties on our behalf. Any information you might input or generate within the app (if applicable, e.g., temporary lists or preferences) is stored locally on your device only and is not accessible to us.
3. No Third-Party Access
Excluding: Apple's crash reporting service
Because we do not collect any data, there is no data to share with or sell to third parties, other than the anonymized crash reports provided to us by Apple based on your device's privacy settings.
4. Children's Privacy
Grab & Go does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children. Regarding crash reports, as they are anonymized and collected only with the user's explicit device-level opt-in, they do not compromise the privacy of children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child's personal information has been inadvertently collected, please contact us at the email below, and we will take steps to ensure no such information exists.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App or on our website (if applicable). You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
